SUMMARY:Grant Finalists Watch Party @ Santa Rita Ranch
DESCRIPTION:One of the things I value most about being part of Seeds of Strength is the unique perspective it gives us on our community. As members\, we aren’t just supporting one cause or one organization—we are gaining insight into many local nonprofits that serve our neighbors in meaningful and often life‐changing ways. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Each year\, through our grant process\, we learn about organizations working across families\, education\, financial security\, health and well‐being\, and arts and culture. Over time\, that knowledge adds up. We begin to see where needs overlap\, where gaps exist\, and how thoughtful investment can create lasting impact. That broad understanding is a powerful gift—and one that sets Seeds of Strength apart. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Because of this shared learning\, we are not only more informed citizens\, we are also better stewards of our collective giving. Together\, we can direct our resources where they will do the most good\, strengthening the fabric of our community in ways that would be difficult to achieve alone. On a personal level\, many of us also discover causes that resonate deeply and continue that support beyond Seeds of Strength. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n As you engage with this year’s grantees and our ongoing work\, I encourage you to embrace this broader view. It reflects our mission and amplifies our impact. When we pool our knowledge\, our voices\, and our generosity\, we truly become stronger—together. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n March Call to Action: Use your Seeds of Strength story to inspire others. Share what you’ve learned about our local nonprofits—with a friend\, a neighbor\, or on social media—and help expand our circle of informed\, engaged givers. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Pam CarlsonPresident 2025-2026 \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Reprinted from March 2026’s member newsletter
