CAPITAL IDEA
AWARDED $25,000
The mission of Capital IDEA is to lift working adults out of poverty and into living wage careers through education. The $25,000 will help support low-income adult students who live in the Georgetown area for one year in Capital IDEA’s program. Specifically, it will fund their tuition, fees, books, childcare, other basic needs and expenses, as well as Capital IDEA’s signature counseling services.
