Seeds of Strength thrives because our members are informed, engaged, and willing to raise their voices for the causes that matter most in our community. April is one of those pivotal moments when your participation truly shapes our future — and now, it’s your turn!
This month, members are invited to express their interest and commitment through voting in two important ways. First, you will have the opportunity to vote on the recommended 2026–2027 Seeds of Strength Slate of Officers and Directors. These members have stepped
forward to guide Seeds of Strength with integrity, vision, and care for our mission. Voting for the slate is open now, and I encourage you to review the candidates and cast your ballot no later than May 1.
Second, we ask you to engage in one of the most inspiring parts of our work: selecting the 2026 Award Grantees. Each of the twelve finalists represents meaningful impact and dedicated service to our community. Please take time to read the executive summaries, watch the finalist videos, ask questions, and reflect on how each organization aligns with the values of Seeds of Strength.
Join us for one of our Watch Party events. On-line voting for grant finalists opens April 27 and closes May 4. Your votes are more than a checkbox — they are a statement of trust, belief, and shared responsibility. When you participate, you help ensure that our leadership
and our grantmaking reflect the collective wisdom of our membership.
