GEORGETOWN SYMPHONY SOCIETY
AWARDED $10,000.
The mission of the Georgetown Symphony is to bring high quality, professional classical music to the community and to enrich the music education of area youth by exposing fourth and fifth grade students to classical music performed by professional musicians. The $10,000 will be used to pay for bus transportation to and from the students’ schools, as well as to pay certified bus drivers and visiting music performers.
